New Lead Paint Renovation Rules
April, 2010 ATTENTION: There is a new Lead Paint Renovation law which took effect on April 22, 2010. The new rule requires anyone who disturbs painted surfaces in houses and buildings built before 1978 to meet lead-safe training and certification requirements.
